BigGong - After the successful release of a new smartphone using the Android OS 5.1.1 Lollipop, now the Canadian smartphone manufacturer, BlackBerry, it has been reported that the BlackBerry Priv will support the Android 6.0 operating system update Marsmallow in 2016.

Smartphone with 5.4 inch qHD screen offers the power of Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB of storage, 18 MP rear camera and front camera 5 MP. Additionally, the smartphone operating system Android 5.1.1 powered Lollipop and displays a QWERTY keyboard with slide feature. BlackBerry Priv, is the first BlackBerry smartphone that carries the Android OS as well as a curved screen. Similar to the BlackBerry Passport, Priv has a keypad that functions similar to a touchpad mouse.

In the camera sector, BlackBerry Priv equipped with 18 MP main camera on the back with the feature of optical images stabilization (OIS). While in front of the camera, the BlackBerry pinning a 2 MP camera.

Given Google has released the latest Android 6.0 OS Marshmallow, so now the question arises as to when the BlackBerry Priv will get updates Marshmallow. According BlackBerry, they aim to provide the fastest updates in the next year.
